It is in charge of all secretarial duties, the processing of Opinions submitted before the Plenum Session of the Hellenic Court of Audit, as well as any other administrative matter of the State Prosecutor's General Office.

It is in charge of the processing (deposition to the competent judicial formation of the Hellenic Court of Audit, etc.) of the Opinions prepared-compiled by the judicial officers of the State Prosecutor's General Office.

• Assists judicial officers in the investigation of cases of civil liability and acquisition of unjustified material benefit (from embezzlement) as well as in the preparation and drafting of imputation applications.
• It is responsible for processing the imputation requests, namely their submission to the competent judicial formation of the Hellenic Court of Audit and their notification to interested parties (including the State, etc.)
